how to begin the process of work visa

i was wondering if any one could help with information, about how to star the process of getting work visa and how to find a job in canada, if there's any special agency, thanks.

There are all kinds of agencies you can find online but before you pay, google the name of the agency to see if you find something negative about them.

CEC=Canadian experience class - PNP=provincial nominee program
