how to apply work permit inland?!

i apply twp late this summer, i did not get it cause my employer didnt apply the lmo.
i came here on october as a visitor, cause my boyrfriend lives here and his is canadian.
is there any chance to apply work permit inland? and how will that works??

You have to find an employer who's willing to apply for a Labour Market Opinion in your name and apply either at a Port of Entry (if you are from a country whose citizens don't need visa to enter Canada and your job is not one of those that require medicals), or at a visa office outside Canada.

Whatever job it is, it should be a job that has complied with the advertising requirements for employers.
