how to apply?

hi all,

my sister want to immigrate to canada she is doing electrical enginering(Last year). so i want to know how she can get PR? any help will be appreciated.Thanks in advance.

I think someone suggested you check the CIC website already.

Contact an immigration lawyer they can help you

canadavisa.com is a good start. This site is hosted by immigration lawyers- Campbell and Cohen.
