If you don't have any contact in Canada like family or friends it is very difficult to find a job and get work permit while you are living in Saudi Arabia. Contact Marriot Hotel Riyadh reception and ask for the Immigration Consultant if (or when) he will be available. Discuss with him for an assessment about you and he will guide accordingly.
