how to apply for skilled worker visa

Hi all,
I have done B.E. (Electronica dn tele comm) and then MBA ( Marketing) from India. Post this I have 4 years of business consulting experience with leading IT organisations of India.
Now I want to apply for Skilled worker visa and finally looking for permanent immigration to Canada.
Experience forum memebers kindly guide on this.
