Hello everybody,
To apply for a skilled worker we would have to have experience in the NOC list. Hypothetically, if someone does not possess the skills/experience, instead they fabricated the information, namely, they state in their application form that they have been a cook (not chef) for 2 years how can authorities detect if the information is valid. Some occupations such as cooks do not have any physical documents to clarify that they are a cook. I'm just curious, because there seems to be a loophole around this.
How does one go about applying for the skilled worker pr in canada. Does that person have to use an agent or attorney? If not please give info as to where to get the frm and the fees to pay...
thanks
