Hello again

So i am looking at a document checklist for the sponsor and i am confused. Do i need to have all relevant forms filled out from 1-27 and then mail off the application or is this a two part process where i just mail out 1-6 to get approved as a sponsor first before i mail out the documents from the person who is being sponsored?

There seems to be no end of forms....

Assuming you are sponsoring a spouse.  You need to include all the documents for the sponsorship and and all documents for the application, so everything on the checklist as well as the medical result and all PCCs.

Yes it is a spousal sponsorship. I thought it was a two part process however thanks for clarifying.

Not the medical results,
just proof that you have attended the medical exam, the DMP will forward on the results
