not on the list of 38 occupation, is their no chances to be in canada? ,
my occupation is NOC, 9483, and 2241, and also a caregiver graduate with experience too.
so desperate my occupation not on the list .what to do now,? .
PLease Give me an advise, really want to work  and live in Canada.

Read the website, there are lots of other chances.  If you have 67 or more points for FSW, you can get a job offer (AEO) and apply even if you are not on the list of 38.  You could also go in on a temporary work permit and apply for residency later through PNP, FSW or CEC.  If you speak french and meet other requirements for Quebec skilled worker, you can apply for that without a job offer.
