Hi,

This is my first post here. I am thinking about applying for the permanent residence via skilled worker
categoary.

I am a US citizen and live in US. I am a Senior Software Engineers working for a major computer company.
I have 20 plus years of software enginnering experience and own the advanced degree.

Last year, I married a woman with different nationality. She lives in different country.

What's the procedure to apply for both of us and bring her to Canada?

Does she need to be interviewed in her own country?
We don't live together now, do I need to send in documents for her?
Is this a single case or two different cases?

How does this work at all?
Do I need an attorney to help me on this?

Please advise in great detail. I appreciate so much for your help.
