I have read that for address proof is required for applying health card, and they only accepts bank statement mailed by bank / lease agreement / utility bill
I am planning to stay with family friend for couple of days.... is there any chance that if I can apply for health card...?

you don't need the health card.  apply when you move there for good.

Pls. correct me, I am planning to get a job in Toronto or near by area... and waiting period for health card is 3 months..
I wish to apply so that once I move there, I would be able to get health card soon.
