Hi Experts,

I just got married in December 2010 and my application was submitted to London office June 2009. Now I want to add my wife in my application to get more points and her immigration with me.

can anybody help me which forms are to be used for my spouse.

2ndly Please let me know how I can pay my wife's fee to London office.  Because fee form has hard coded 550 $cad in Applicant column.

How can I write only 550 $cad for my spouse in fee form. OR IF YOU PEOPLE HAVE ANY IDEA SUGGESTION SO PLZ LET ME KNOW I M RUNNING OUT OF TIME...

And if someone knows how to add spouse in application so plz please suggest me.

your valuable comments would be highly appreciated.

also you may send me email at "winuke83 @ hotmail.com. "

Thanks and regards..

hi,

Inform VO about your status change AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and send him any proof of your marriage so that he will tell you what all the documents must be sent.

Generally the fallowing documents may be asked by VO:

1. IMM-0008 (Generic Form), Schedule - 1 and IMM-5476 duly filled and signed by spouse.
2. IMM-5476 duly filled and signed by you and your spouse.
3. All educational marks sheet, pass certificate and degree certificates(Notarised).
4. All experience certificate (if any).
5. Marriage certificate.
6. Police clearance certificate from each country where she resided for six or more than six months time.
7. Copy of date of birth certificate and complete passport.
8. Six passport size photographs with snow white background.
9. Visa Processing Fee demand draft for Canadian Dollar 550 in favour of Receiver General For Canada, payable at Toronto/Ontario.

If you have got your medicals and you paid your RPRF fee then there is a chance that he may ask to pay RPRF for your spouse as well.

regards,
saleem
