  its been 5 months since the buffalo received my application but until now I haven' t received anything from them, so I called my bank to asked for copy of my check and they gave me the file no. I tried to search through ecas many times but it doest work do I need to log in? please help what will be the procedure?

file no. should be sent to u by CIC - Canada , not by the bank !

file no. is like this      B123456789
always starting with capital "B"

and if you receive like this one , then you can follow your file through this link
