hello all,
i am 30 years old lady married and have one son, we as a family(me, my hausban & son) want to apply for bussiness imigration visa, and we can invest up to $400000 as required.
but i dont know how to start, and what to do?
please let me know how to start applying for it,
whom to talk to,

You can find the immigration classes here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp

Look at the Investors/Entrepreneurs section but also look at the Provincial nominees section.  The individual provinces can let you in for less investment if you plan to buy or start a business in the province.

Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program has a sub category Entrepreneur
One of the requirements is Net worth equal to 250,000 dollars Canadian
I want to confirm what is included in this Net worth total? Property, Residential Houses. Business, or we should have all the amount in cash at our bank account?

I think net worth includes all your assets minus debts but you would have to clear the exact details with SINP
