I think you can send your other documents on time and also if you have any documents that you have applied for PCC and awaiting for report, along with you can mention that report follow soon.

Good Luck

Yes you should go ahead with your application. Dont miss the chance by crossing the 120 day deadline.

They are very strict in respect of 120 days' limit. Dont delay the submission of available documents.
Good luck.

Donīt you have to send a  "complete "  document package to visa office before the 120 day deadline?  According to your advice,  visa office will receive and allow you to send missing documents at a later date.
Is this correct ?

i think they are very strict with the 120 days deadline.it is stated in the manual that documents should be sent in one package.if u got time left, wait for the missing documents, if u have no choice because it will lapse soon, send documents on hand, attach a letter of explanation and just hope they consider it.

goodluck..

Hi jckdry,

Just call on FBI record request helpline to check the status of your application on 304-625-5590.. Mention your name and she will tell you complete status..

I have received mine in 4 week + 1 week (for postage delay) = 5 weeks.. I also called them to know status -- they replied very well..

Give it try.. All the best !!

Please clarify someone,  120 days for  "complete package"  no exceptions , or 120 days to receive package and if something is missing , you can send it later .

I was given an extension of 30 days, i wrote to them explaining why I need extra time and they obliged. This was at the New Delhi office.
Luckly I managed to send everything in time.
All the best.

120 days to recieve the package. If the PCC or some document is getting delayed, u can send later.

I sent my application package without the PCC. Wrote a letter saying that PCC may not be received within 120 days due to a processing delay at the Police department.

Eventually when I received the medical request, they requested for the PCC.
