Hi...Friends!
Greetings to every one!!

I did masters in Social Work and I have 7yrs of experience in same field. I have registered for IELTS on June 25th 2011 at British Council,Hyderabad.

I came to know from some consultancy that, the Canadian skilled workers priority list and policies are going to be changed in the month of July2011. If I want to start my PR visa process, how and when should I start? will it be possible to submit the application with out IELTS? If yes' what are the initial documents I need to produce? I may receive my IELTS results only after 7days of the test.

What are the other options for me, if my profession is not there in the new priority list?
I would request the forum members to guide me in this process.
