Hi Sanjay, US2CN

Hi All,

I had sent my full doc Buffalo on Aug 24th 2010.
I didn't get any AOR from them yet.
My lawyer told me that don't worried regarding AOR, sometime they don't send it.
Its now almost 5 months now.

Does e-cas  show that Buffalo send letter to you, when we check with file no.
Because when i check with file no from nova scotia, it says.

We transfered your file to Buffalo on August 4th.

We recieved your full application and supporting documents and file is pending for review.

Can somebody please suggest me what to do.

Spatel09, it appears on ECAS Received by visa office or Eligibility review complete? I have the time line similar with your and I haven't received the AOR yet; but when I check my application status on ECAS it appears Received by visa office and

We received your application for permanent residence on March 22, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 18, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on May 27, 2010. The Buffalo office may contact you.

Recieved by VO and pending for review.

My question is " does e-cas says that buffalo office had sent you AOR?Huh

Because my lawyer told me that sometime Buffalo send AOR and that gets misplaced somewhere so you not need to worried???

As per forum, seems 6-8 mnths of wait till you get MEd request after 2nd AOR, is it right assumption?

Just got the Caips I ordered last April. My Bring Forward Date is 04-05-11. Hoping for a medical request around this time.
