I have applied at Buffalo on Jul 10 2008. But my draft has not got cashed yet...

any thoughts...

Nothing will happen until the election October 14, if the conservatives win then new rules until November, and after that depends on how many applications they have and if you are on the list of 38 jobs it can be another 6 to 12 months I think.
