How much time for parents sponsorship

My brother has Canadian PR and wish to sponsor our parents to Canada. How much time it might take. Below is the situation:

1) He hold Canadian PR for 2 years, will apply for citizenship next year
2) Parents in India

We were under parent sponsorship as well .. Im not quite sure if we do have the same timeline since our processing location is here in Manila..   but for your info..

sister with Canadian PR submitted her application:   2004
Approved by the embassy and file transferred to Manila: 2005
Medical: October 2008
Passport request: Jan 2009
Passport submission: Feb 2009
Returned passport with VISA:  NOT YET.....( Not quite sure if our Application will still be denied though..)

1) Brothers PR or citizen situation is not important.  Brother needs to prove income with tax records to show that he has enough money to support the parents.

2) Time can be found at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/canada/process-in.asp#sponsorship and http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/08-fc-parents.asp#asia so that is 29 months for the sponsorship application and after that an average 13 months for parents in India.
