Hi,

As I am planning to move to Québec with my Canadian girlfriend, could somebody tell me how long it approximatly takes to have a permenant residency visa in hand ?

If you have been living with your girlfriend for 12 months or more or if you get married, she can sponsor you.  The processing times can be seen here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-fc.asp and so that is 74 days plus however many months it takes in your homeland.
