HI,

I had applied my Canada immigration in skilled worker category from syria (lived in cyprus) in Oct 2006 and then i moved to US and my file somehow got transfered to Warsaw. Recently they asked for PCC and other docs and i have submitted them. I would like to know generally if they ask PCC, what does it mean. does it mean its near the final process and how much more time it would take to get the PR after that.

Also will i need to go to warsaw for the stamping or i wil lbe able to just send it via courier.

Pls suggest!

Thanks in advance.

normally pcc are asked second time when your app is near finalization. at least this is what happened with me and many of the cases in Islamabad. Now coming to tiemframe, we cant say for sure bcoz every visa office has its priorities and timeframe based on various factors. However whatever it will be it will be soon enough insha Allah. thridly although passports cannot be sent to other countries however your vo might issue specific instructions at the tiem of submission of passports. liekwise many applicants in Isb whom cases were shifted to London were asked to send it through islamabad CHC. Good luck
