Plz any one tell me that how much maximum cash i can take with me as a visitor
to Canada from Pakistan.

there are no limit. you can bring as many as you wish but need to declare in the custom form (you receive in the plane) if equal to or over CAD$10,000 or its equivalent foreign currency
