I am planning to apply for a TRV from India to be with my wife who recently got her student visa(Flemming College, Peterborough,ON),for 3 weeks.
I want to know much amount should a show to the CHC? What are the other documents??

ITS VERY VERY URGENT.....BROTHERS PLEASE HELP ME.......

Hi,

1. Is there any specific amount listed on CIC/vfs Canada website? Checkout visitor forms/checklist, if any, on Vfs Canada website.

In case you apply as a dependent along with a student (main applicant), you need to show CAD 8,000 + CAD 4,000. I know it's not applicable for you since you are applying in an individual capacity.

2. Your spouse study visa has nothing to do with the approval of your TRV. You need to prove/show an intention of coming back to India. And for proving your intention, you need a solid profile with a work history, bank statement, source of money, travel plans etc.Getting a TRV in a country like India is a very tough task. Really not so easy.

I am working as a Sr.SQA in Hyd,India. I have close to 6yrs experience here. My CTC is 5.25lacs.
I am also planning to take a leave letter from company stating that I have been granted leave for 3 weeks for personal reasons.
I will also provide my last 2 yrs FORM 16, last 3 months payslips and bank statement worth close to 5 lacs.
Do I need to provide my flight tickets I mean my return ticket?

Please help me.

Your profile is good. I would suggest you to check out all visitor forms/checklist on Vfs Canada website and see if there is any specific requirement for return tickets. You may also like to refer 'Visitor section' of this forum.


*Last year my very best friend went to Australia just for 3 days.

: Got first refusal- Show fund of Rs. 5 lacs.

: Got Second refusal- Show the source of Rs. 5 lacs.

: In third attempt: One to one interview with the VO. Full inquiry over his job profile. Atleast 4 direct telephonic calls to company HR. And lots of stupid questions over his family background (especially father, a retired Army officer), questions like; "what's the guarantee you will come back? I am not sure, you are most likely going for a job."

At last he got TRV in his 3rd attempt only on the written assurance of his girlfriend's (now a wife) father (a prominent citizen of Australia).

As far as I remember he submitted:

Work letter, ITR's, Funds of Rs. 5 lacs + source of money, Company details, family background details, return airtickets, letter of invitation from his girlfriend's family.

hi..... i'm srikanth and recently my visa has rejected under spp and i hav got the loan of amount 11.7 lakhs and the visa people stated that my financial assets are not satisfactory and i have kept my sponsor income as 5.8 lakhs and i have not submitted any it returns and is this amount is sufficient for general application ...................and i also have one doubt regarding my education  i.e, i have studied 1yr in ukraine for medicine due language problem i have dropped my self and during applying visa for canada there is a coloum ( whether you have refused or rejected or told to leave canada or any other country) in this coloum ihave marked as noo....and my father IT returns has 3 lakhs change and other amount we get in rents soo plz kindly show me the corrections which i have to done ..........................its urgent................................plzz.....plzz.......

Please share your refusal reason? I really want to know? I also didn't attach the ITR details of my father as he is retired.......now i m worried after reading this.
