Can any one advice about the city of montreal. i want to look upon montreal as my initial location.
pls give inputs on that

If you applied through FSW, then Quebec (including Montreal) cannnot be your initial destination. You can pick any other province in Canada.

To land in Quebec, you would have had to apply through the Quebec selected skilled workers route.

some one told me that i can stay back any where in canada. is that a wrong information?
can i land some where in toronto and come and stay in montreal?

It's a great mix of North American and European, French and English cultures. Old Montreal, while smaller than Quebec City, is still charming. But the city itself just offers so much.

Granted, the winters are brutal, but not much worse than what I'm used to.

  would u pls give information about job oppertunities and living cost?
house rent , used car price, grocery , travel expense etc?
