I have been working in Canada for 3 years under the PGWP and it soons expires. I have the positive LMO and going to apply online.
Right now I am still waiting for the PR (CEC) to come, so I have to apply the TWP in order to continue to work legally in Canada.

When apply online, they will ask you how long do you want to stay in canada and you can choose as longest to 2031.So, how many years should I ask for in my suitation as I am waiting for my PR?

Depends on the length of your contract/job offer.
