how many months it will take to clear 2nd stage

I had cleared my first stage and i sent all the documents in feb when i check the status it shows as "Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office" They are pending review. Usually how many days it will take to clear second stage ?

Mostly 4 to 6 months. U should expect some input by August 2011.
