It depends where in Canada and where in Pakistan.

Im not sure about Canada but it takes about 5 to 10 days for a regular mail to get to
Pakistan from New  york so I guess it should be the same amount of time from Canada too.

If your are waiting for PER (AOR) and you provided your email address on the application, you will not receive any postal mail. Although if you login to your E-CAS, it says about delays in the mail, but in fact they are talking about the email, which you have already received.
