With due respect,I wish to highlight the idea/logic/concept/advantage of higher tobacco (poison)prices in Canada:

>FDA-Canada/Govt of Canda cares of heath i.e.higher prices less consumption
They use the funds for reseach and benifits of citizens,hence its perfect to have such higher prices of these kind of items.
