hello everyone,


i spnsored my wife from toronto , she is living in pakistan i got first approval letter
from here that they have transfered my file from here to  pakistan , then after a month my wife got a letter asking for the stuff i have already sent except some of the stuff , my wife sent the things other than i sent before so it means they have each and everything written in the letter if we have not sent all these things send us now .

my questions are

*how long would it take after sending them all the stuff they asked ? its already been a month and no reply

*my sister has the same case , she went back to pakistan would it effect her sponsorship if she does not come back?

i will be realy thankful to you plz reply me and comment who ever reads this email

Hii,

I read ur mail n is also concerned abt the visa as my husband have also applied as a spouse class.There is no news abt my visa though its 12 months now wen the file was sent from canada + three months procedure in canada,(Quebec),its almost 15 months of my procedure and still there is no news from abu dhabi IMMG.

There is a problem that uae provide visa just for 3 yrs and in 2 months my visa will also expire.I have no idea tht how shud i come over all these problems as am married now and my dad cannot sponsor me,(as per the law),so either i have to go to pakistan or just wait......please also .lemme knw the way out or a solution.
