Finally today the ECAS shows "Decision Made" for my parents' imm application in CHC New Delhi. Do they send the passport back to my parents righ away? How long does it take to receive passport after the decision made shows up on ECAS? How do they send passport back in India? is it Speed Post or Registered Post or Courier?

Any experience and comments are helpfull and welcome.

It will just take 2 -3 weeks and they're going to send it thru regular mail only.
