Hi,
I have applied for a Skill Worker Visa. They've told me that the period of my candidature can get long time from 2 to 7 years? Is it normal? Also the fee is high.

It depends where you applied from.  But yes, some applicants wait as long as 7 years.

Wow! I assume that. Well, I am applying from Bulgaria (EU). Now I am checking http://www.cic.gc.ca to find out more information but I am shure I will need information from other candidate too. Through this 7 years it is possible to get married, having a baby etc. and unfortunately my chace will become smaller. :)
