Berlin timelines found on trackitt.com show 3 to 7 months between the full app sending & the medical request:

I am in the same position as you. I got my AOR on the 5th of August and my ECAS says it is still received by visa office. I haven't gotten my medical or rejection letter as of yet.

I guess it takes 3 months to 7 months....

In your AOR, does it mention any deadline? Mine says, to please contact them if I haven't received any further letter from them by October 30. I assume that in this case I should get either my medical request or rejection.

Am I correct in assuming that?

Seniors, what do you think?
