I'm leaving this February with approved IMMIGRANT VISA, I just want to know if how long should I stay in Canada to be able to sponsor my dependent child? I have two kids. declared and examined already.... I have read that income requirement is exempted if you are sponsoring a dependent child..Can I submit sponsorship approval after 3-6 months stay in Canada??? PLS HELP. I REALLY WANTED MY KIDS ASAP WITH ME IN CANADA

Don't worry. You can sponsor just after arriving in canada. I arrived in Canada sept 17, 2011 and sent sponsorship application for my spouse and dependent child on september 28, 2011. I am already approved.
