Hello Friends,
My wife has already file appeal and an acknowledgment come from IAD but date is not given, i want to know how long more we have to wait just to get the ADR or hearing date.

It depends on the city, Toronto, maybe 6-12 months, Vancouver 12 months if you are recommended for ADR rather than a full appeal. PMM |

your file will be returned to you within 120 days aprx three months later you will get a letter saying whether you will have a full hearing or ADr the ADR will be scheduled aprx four months after that keep yourself busy, enjoy your family and friends....set little things to look forward to keep your spirits high....before you know it the date will be here  |

yep, aprox 6 months for you to know the date and the date the adr will be set aprx 4 months after that soooooooooooo 10 months in total before u actually get to show evidence to have your case approved after that you will be looking at another 4 months or so to get the visa  best of luck! |

well Stealth,
we recieved our call today for our ADR date...set for JUL15, 2009 and we submitted our appeal in NOV08.
I received the package from Immigration appeal two weeks ago containing all the relevant information from the interview my husband had.
I am just gathering all the information that i will be presenting so that i could send out the package to them..but nothing available for before JULY right now.
Use the guidelines that LoisLane has posted on here earlier..she has been through it all and now she is just waiting for Canada to send out the stuff to Rabat to then have it approved there once again before her husband is with her.. She has been my light to see into my case too...
Your time will come soon..

Thank you all for your kind wishes, best up luck Indira for your case we submitted our file in February so my date will be in august or September wow so long wait well that's good thing to read that they will send every relevant thing to our case my interview as well that will be interesting to see what they think about my interview well Indira i can feel your case is same as mine and Loise Lane of course she is a great example for us that she won the case with her will and strong faith whosoever doing real hard work after struggles and hardships finally good news will come inshallah wish you all the best..

where is your hearing taking place? I submitted our appeal in December and am waiting for my paperwork to get here. I hope that ours will happen in August since we are a month behind you.

opps..sorry about the confusion...didn't edit my post before hand..thanks for the correction.
Our ADR is going to be downtown Toronto..74Victoria St to be exact. I live BlackCreek and Tretheway area..and submitted by appeal at 74Victoria St.
Don't be surprised smart_saqib143 that your package with all the information about the interview isn't on its way already to you..just in case give immigration appeal division a call and find out where you are at in the process. I did twice after i submitted the appeal paper..first time was in Jan 09 becuase i wanted them to know that immigration Rabat had made mistake with my address and that is why up until today i never did receive anything from them about our refusal..i used Jamal's rejection letter when i submitted the appeal paper at 74 Victoria St. the second time i called was end of Feb to say nothing had come in yet to me and that the baby is due May09 so i wanted to know if there was any way we could speed things up..it was then that they advised me that Rabat was still to send them the info..and about three weeks ago i received the whole package...so now i am just putting everything together ...all the pictures...we have 6 photo albums of only our two trips and tons of msn conversations..along with the fact that the baby i am carrying is his..insha allah they believe me that this relationship is genuine and he could be here soon.
I advised the appeal officer that called me for the interview that i will have to bring the baby with me who should be about two months at the time cuz i will not have anyone to leave her with. He said no problem...
Like i have always said..stay positive and keep busy...just keep doing what you are doing with your wife stay in touch always..which i am sure you do anyways..and keep all conversations to have as back up...vey much needed.
