how long it will take then i can work in canada . my wife will sponsor me but i just need to know about how long it will take so i can work ?
and i need to ask about that medical test i have to do ? can some one help me ?

If you are doing an inland application with an open work permit it will take around 6-8 months until you'll be able to work. And that if everything goes smooth and your application doesn't get transferred to a busy local office.
About the medical, I'm not sure what is your question, so if you could rephrase it...

Lots of them.  There's not a specific list - it depends whether you could infect others or whether you will be a burden on the healthcare system.
