How long is the wait for PPR after sending Medicals (Buffalo USA)

Hello, I need your help.

I would like to know how long it takes to receive the Passport Request after having sent the medicals. See I sent my medical paperork on April 19th and the status online still shows "in process". The wait is very depressing so any piece of information would help!!

Medical result sent by your DMP not by you.
anyway max 3months for RPRF - PP Request by Buffalo (depends on medical result & how VO processed on applicant's application).
if you want you can go for Case specific inquiry to Buffalo CHC or just wait for some more days or you wait long order CAIPS note to see VO comments.

I count 4 - 5 Months maximum for RPRF (landing papers) & passport REQST. by Buffalo CHC.
