you should definately contact your MP (Member of parliament) so he can do a request to know what is happening. Is your husband going to live in Québec? I tell you this because even though they were supposed to received the CSQ from MICC, they didn't and waiting for it to start processing. Anyways, go see your MP and tell him about your case. He is used to help new immigrants with CIC, so do not worry and he can't say NO because you are far off the limit times.
Good luck!
Hey , I have been thinking about that. I will be speaking with the lawyer today. I will see what she says. She has told me about a month ago, that considering some of the complication of my application, she is not worried about the time yet...We sent new supporting proofs also last week, so we'll give them time to receive that and probably try to do this.
My husband will be living in Quebec. I don't know if that is the problem or not , but I doubt. We were requested additional papers, last October. If that had been missing I imagine that they would have requested it back then ?
anyway thank for your concern =)
