How long does it take to get LMO ?

I passed the interview as Store Manager in Canada last month ( march 2011) but after that the employer advise to wait for their further instructions as they are waiting the LMO? How long does it usually take? I am a Philippine passport holder?

Does it limit work visa issuance restriction once you are hired by the employer? How the arranged employment differ from the Immgrant application in terms of processing time?

Would it guarranty that after I passed the interview i can pass the CIC processing? My worry is my limited educational background. I finished only the Diploma course in Entrepreneural Management right after high school?
