My current work visa will expire soon this month and I will apply for nominee program before my visa expire.
Now I am looking for the way I can continue working after my visa expire.
According to CIC webpage, It takes about 80-125 days when I apply by mail at this moment.
Does this also apply to me applying without LMO? or will I get a rejection much sooner than that because my case will not proceed?
What If I mention on the application that I already applied for pnp and will notify them when I am approved?
