Normally an average of 3-15 days, if they start processing you application for eligibility check at CIO level.
But please note;
they advise you to get a draft/ money order/ certified cheque issued with in 30 days before you submit your application, these payment methods are normally 6 months validity period, CIO advise you that these must have at least 5 months expiry date from the date of you application.
For credit card payments it must be at least 9 months valid from the date of application submission.

Once they have requested to collect your payment it takes only from a couple of days to up to 10/15 days.
But if the CIO officer has not started processing your application at CIO level this means they have not yet requested fee collection, thus it will be collected upon the CIO officer request.

But remember never take the risk of using your credit card any where else while you have already made a payment from it, manage it well unless CIO takes the fee out of it.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Good Info. I am keenly watching stuff as going to apply for PR (Rather Re-Apply) in the coming weeks, NOC3111.
Anyways, when the BD or CC is charged and the money is gone to CIO Canada, does that mean its bye bye $$$ or IF the application is not eligible we will get back the $$$s......I havent read anything in this context.
Any info guys,
Thanks

If the application is returned from CIO, coz of defficiancy of points or, Job descriptions different from the N.O.C, You get a refund that takes 01 months to 06 months to be encashed..

If you get a PER and your application is transferred to the relevant Visa Office (Thats what we want), and a negative decision is made on your application, the App fee is non refundable at this stage... Smiley
