How long does it take (Ontario Nominee Program)

I got approved by Ontario and received the documents in December. I applied to Federal Government on April 1st, 2011 and I haven't heard anything so far. Does anyone can tell me how long does it take to get application processed?

I remember, that it was written on ONP website that it will take 3 months approx but its almost 3 months and no news so far!

I am doing my 1 year course and currently in my last semester and planning to apply for immigration. I have little knowledge abt Arranged employment and PNP Program......could you pls tell me more abt PNP like
1. who applys for it....the employer or you ?
2. How does the whole process work ?
3. how did you applied...(I am assuming Employer applys for it )
4. how did u find an amployer ?
