Hello.

Could anyone please shared your experience on how long in reality it would normally take for the VO to issue the visa after ppr. The VO is in HK.

The ppr letter says it generally takes 20 working days to issue the visa and mail the passport back. However, it's been over  3 weeks since the passport was submitted to the VO yet the online status is still in process. Is this normal? I'm in parents family class.

Thanks everyone for your insights.

Thanks Steaky,

so will the online status change to DM few days earlier(it should have been changed by now because I have mailed the passports to vo 3 weeks ago)?
