Hi Vinod,

29th April and its october now ... so its been 6 months now.

If you think your timeline has exceeded ... you can send a case specific enquiry asking them abt the status.

I guess you must have received you second Aor which clearly says that you will recieve some kind of corresspondence from consulate.

So i suggest that you send a case specific enquiry to them asking abt the status of your file.

state in process means that he had the 2nd AOR, is that right , he should expect the medical request now.

I sent my full documents in June 2009 and the told me my application will take 18 months to process and my application was in process , since June 2010.

My question is  when can i expect medicals following their 18 months time line given to me.

suggestions are welcome.

If u have sent them the full documents in June09, so to the most by FEB or MAR10 , your application should had been in the status of "IN PROCESS" , and within 15 - 20 days you should had received either a request for MEDICAL or any additional documents.

Please sent a CASE SPECIFIC QUERY at the earliest.

Thanks SATDXB,
Yes i sent them an e.mail in September and got no reply from them. So i would want to  exercise a  little bit of patience till  end of November  2010. This is because March will make their time line that was given to me 18 months.

I am also holding my patience , because it was said that it might take a little longer, since i applied in the visa office  taking care of my country of origin and not  to the visa office  where i presently reside.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Well you might not be wrong, but they said 18 months  when i sent my full documents and some members of forum had answer my question when i asked of when you start counting 18 months, most of them said when you send full documents.

But there are still case hanging for more than 18 months. especially if you apply from Africa it takes too long to be processed.

Well i am just being patient.

My E.cas is not updating and i have no other place to find out about my  file status.  My fear is  that, let it not be i missed a mail from  them like i had read in some cases. I have written to the visa office  an e.mail, but still no response since September.

Holding my patience till end of November.
