Hello,

The following has occured:

My wife entered Canada in July 2011 and got her stamp on her cdn visa/UK passport.

She then recieved her PR Card in October 2011

She is planning to come to Canada for 2 weeks in June 2012

Mostly likely looking to move to Canada in August-September 2012

Is this ok, will she have any problems?

Please Advise.

Thanks A-Wonn

She will have no issues re-entering Canada.  During her first 5 years as a PR, she must meet a minimum of 730 days residency, or else be residing with you outside of Canada if you are a citizen, because that counts towards her residency requirement as well.  After the first 5 years, as long as she meets 730 days (either through physical residence or through one of the exceptions, such as residing abroad with you) in each rolling 5 year period, she will be fine.
