For a Canadian to sponsor their spouse in Mexico about how long should it take?  Anyone sponsor their spouse in Mexico? I am wondering how long we will have to wait? We have 2 small babies if that will make a differene...?

Having a child is not proof that you are in a relationship, its proof that you had sex so no it won't make a difference.

The question posed was a bit misleading, but it takes 14 months or less to process 80% of applications at the Mexico City visa office (according to the last 12 months of data): http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/fc-spouses.asp. Beyond that, it is unfortunately not possibly to pinpoint exactly how long it will take the VO to finalize the processing. You can look at timelines of others who are going through Mexico City: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/mexico-t35385.1110.html.
