May I know how long can she stay in Canada and what are the procedures my daughter have to undergo while waiting for the result of her permanent resident visa filed last june 2010. she already filed for restoration of her working visa on-line today, March 10 after receipt of notice that she can't be granted an extension of her working visa for the meantime.  Please advise us.  we need your advise very badly

If she is refused restoration, then she will have 30 days to leave (usually) or she will be reported and ordered to leave.

what is her status while waiting for the result?  she also have a permanent resident visa in process. are there chances for refusal even if she already have a new LMO? can you please enlighten me regarding this?

She has no status, her status ran out that is why she is applying for restoration.
