Hi, I applied for my PR Card on 13th August 2010 when I landed in Canada. I travelled outside Canada on 29th August. I received my PR Card as well during that time. How long I can stay outside Canada.

You can stay as long as you want if you are a dependent child and accompanying your Canadian parents or PR parents who maintain their residency obligation.

Does that mean if I come after three years and start staying in Canada, Will I be able to apply for Canadian Nationality, if so after how long?

Becoming Canadian citizen, you must have lived in Canada for at least three years (1,095 days).  For details, read this website:
