how long ASAP means? plz suggest.

My status is "in process". Visa Office asked me to send some of  my additional document (such as marriage certificate, personal net wroth statement with evidence etc) ASAP. I need few more days to  prepare this. 7 days already passed. I may need more 3 days. My question is, how long  ASAP means. 10 days is OK? Seniors plz suggest.

I would say 10 days is ok

You should be fine as long as the VO did NOT specify the duration. If you send these documents with 10-14 days, you should be fine. Move fast mate.

However and ONLY if you anticipate serious delays (month or so), then it's better you intimate the VO for update and extension.

ASAP is new to me... they usually give you at least 40 days...Did you get this request by email or post mail?
