How long after PHOTO Resubmission of PR Card

Has anyone gone through this process?

My dad arrived in canada August 2, 2011 and didn't get his PR Card after 3 months...
I called CIC and was informed that the photo was not accepted but they never sent me anything...

Eventually, I received a mail notification a couple of weeks ago saying his picture was wrong and we sent them a new photo to Sydney Nova Scotia...

and I'm just wondering how long it'll take after this

I've just coureired them the new photos and IMM 5455 for my wife. I also came to know that the IMM 5455 has been updated and it is now downloadable from the internet (Yaaayyy) !
