How long after filing taxes is Option C available?

Title should be explanation enough. Just wondering how long we have to wait after my husband filed his 2010 taxes before he can request the current Option C.

After filling her taxes, my wife had to wait 14 day to order the option c from the C.R.A and it was mailed to us in 2 weeks.
