Expect a refusal, it is not on the list of "38"

Rejection expected if applied for FSW1. Ministerial list of 38 occupation is the thumb rule to qualify, then comes the point factor.

hello,

Sorry to say this but there are high possibilities of rejection as its not listed under NOC.Hence i would recommend you to re apply after going through the list of jobs and the duties mentioned, you may find a NOC pretty close to the one which you are trying to apply. good luck

Then, in my view, you stand a chance. I am in IT and I know NOC 2281 can do all the required duties.

If I were you, I would not withdraw the application until I get a message from them first.
Good Luck.

thanks for getting my thoughts in positive side. Yes, I was thinking to withdraw my application, but now, I will not. Now I will show my experience letter and resume of doing all that duties of computer and information system manager, and lets  see what happen.

It's not considered if you mention NOC 2281 even if your duties fully match 0213. The mentioned NOC has to be in the new list.

Better apply with NOC 0213 in that case. Two ways as per my understanding. Either apply fresh after withdrawing the existing one or wait for their reply and apply once more if rejected. But then, you never know how much time they will take to get back.
Now...also there's chance you get a positive feedback on your existing application; chances are 5% positive and 95% negative in this case, on the other hand, if you apply with a NOC included in the new list stating duties match well with the same then you stand a very good chance to be successful.
Now it's your call.
